This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information when you use the Scuttle mobile application (the “App”), website, or any of our related services. By using Scuttle, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of personal information:
a. Information You Provide Directly
Identifiers: name (optional), email address, and password
Profile data: pet names, photos, breed information, and other content you choose to upload
Communications: messages, comments, and customer support inquiries
b. Information Collected Automatically
Device data: device type, operating system, time zone, language, IP address, and device identifier
Usage data: interactions with the app, such as features used, screen visits, and session length
Crash and diagnostic data: error logs, crash reports, and technical performance data
Push notification tokens: anonymous identifiers used to deliver device-specific notifications
We do not collect sensitive personal information (as defined under CPRA), biometric data, precise geolocation, or financial information.
2. Purpose of Collection
We use the collected data for the following purposes:
To provide, operate, and maintain the App and its features
